As indicated in the Welcome post, this is a new blog start-up as of late November 2023.  I am not a professional web site maker, so this site is not as flashy and elaborate as others.  I just wanted to get some conversations going with different points of view in order to get folks talking again.  It seems as though many of us are afraid to say what’s on our minds in fear of being chastised and/or cancelled.  This is America, and we should not be afraid to speak our minds, while being civil to one another.  We don’t all have to agree, but that doesn’t mean if we don’t agree we have to be enemies.   I believe we all have similar thoughts, and agree on many issues facing us in today’s world.  Where I think some differ is the method to fix those issues.  For instance, we all want clean air but how to achieve that is what may set us apart from one another.   If folks are unwilling to hear the other point of view, nothing will ever get accomplished as we will be deadlocked in argument.  That fixes nothing.  So... join in and speak up via the comment function on each article.  Lets get some honest dialog going.

And for the litigious types out there… these are my personal opinions.  I provide links to sources I cite as facts, and I make comments on those facts.  Also, any comments made by readers on any articles are solely their opinions also.  Although I may edit out any profanity or outright threats if contained in a comment, the core opinion is left intact.  The unedited version is available if requested (see clairfication).
